These are the many ways to benefit from crystals...

9/20/2022

Crystal healing is an ancient practice generally used for relaxing your emotions, at the same time connecting with your inner-self spiritually, which can root out most of the physical diseases.

The gemstones have multiple healing properties, but a few of them have earned specific reputation for certain areas.

You can use these healing specialist stones to gain maximum benefits by placing or wearing them on appropriate places.
Benefit by Using Them in Bedroom
Your bedroom is perhaps the safest and loveliest place in the entire house. You want your bedroom to blossom with love, peace, romance and affection. You can keep amethysts near your pillow to stay away from the nightmares and get surrounded by good dreams. Placing the glowing orange crystals around your bed brings intimacy and libido.

Using Crystals in the Kitchen
Smoky quartz is the most suitable in kitchen because it eliminates all the background radiations emitted by kitchen appliances. If you see any family member facing digestion problem, consider keeping a cluster of citrine at the table centerpiece. It is widely known to help in food digestion.

Benefits of Using Crystals in the Living Room
Living room is the place where your parents, spouse and kids spend most of their waking time in the house. Use high quality amethyst clusters in the center of your living room to bring harmony in the family. Living room witnesses a lot of interactions that could unfortunately lead to negative arguments, so keep green fluorite in the hall. It constantly removes the negative energy from the living room.

You should know that the everyday products and electronic appliances used in house like TV, mobile phones, refrigerator, computer and other wireless machines release electromagnetic energy that can invisibly harm your family members. It opposes the electromagnetic energy of the earth, thus creating psychological problems in living beings. Placing appropriate crystals near such problematic objects will keep everyone in the family safe.

Following crystals can absorb the negative electromagnetic energy of these man-made products:
  • Amethyst
  • Fluorite
  • Black tourmaline
  • Clear quartz

Benefits of Using Gemstones in Office or Study
Now, here you would definitely want concentration, creativity and energy. Crystals like amethysts, aquamarine and aventurine aid concentration. Consider placing clusters or tumble stones of these crystals on your desk.

If the computer screen or any other source of electromagnetic energy makes you feel tired, place clusters or points of smoky quartz or lepidolite beside the sources of trouble.
Alleviate the Physical Troubles with Crystal Therapy
Crystals not only solve the problems around you, they also treat the troubles within you. The practitioner places different gemstones on various parts of your body right from head to the base of spine. These crystals are of same color as chakras in your body and they provide healing energy to eliminate the blockages of energy in your body parts, thus curing the diseases.

Wearing the Gemstones
Keeping the stones close to your body parts in the form of earrings, pendants, a chain of stone or simply keeping them in your pocket can have
great impact on your physical and mental health.

Earrings containing crystal balances the energy of throat, neck and head. If you are willing to wear a necklace or pendant for specific purpose, consult an expert practitioner because the length of chain will differ for stimulating and balancing different chakras. For example, the pendants of kyanite benefit the throat chakra, so the length of chain for this should be very small.

How to do visualization with crystals...

7/23/2022

You may be wondering, "How to do visualization with crystals?" The process involves using your five senses and positive intention to imagine what you wish to manifest. In order to create an accurate mental image, you must direct your attention to the higher vibrations of the desired objective.

Visualization is a powerful and effective healing practice. Crystals enhance this practice by infusing positive energies into your meditation. Use these tips to make your visualizations more powerful.
Picture
To use your crystals in meditation, you must close your eyes and first ask permission from the crystal. Then, place the crystal near you or on a part of your body or you can even hold it within the palm of your hand. After the meditation, you should thank the crystal and release any tension. During meditation, you should first connect with the crystal by directing your attention in tune with your breath.

Next, visualize what it is that you are trying to manifest. Here- do remember to reinforce positive aspects. For e.g. if you are looking to make enough money to pay off all your debts then instead of seeing your debt receipts being cleared, it is better to visualize yourself feeling comfortable while paying people. See yourself living a happy, healthy and comfortable life and so on…

Indicate your wishes and intension, ask the universe for guidance as to what active steps you need to take from your side and end with a gratitude prayer- thanking the universe for its grace and bounty in the world and also in your own life. Believe that you will receive what you have visualized or something even better.

Do not try to control the outcome, as it is never within our realm to control it. Always remember that we can only do our part of the actions, to the best of our ability and many complex forces of life and the universe ultimately determine the final result.

Once you have finished with these steps, then thank your crystal for helping you in your visualization meditation.

When you begin meditating with crystals, pay attention to the energy shift and the power of the stone. If you notice any shift, then you are using the crystal for the right reasons.

You may have a more sensitive energy than others. Experiment with different crystals and see which one works best for you.

Meditation with crystals is an excellent way to deepen your meditation. They act as focus objects, helping you to raise your consciousness and awaken your higher self. While crystal meditation has many benefits, there is little evidence to support this claim. There is little scientific evidence to support this practice, but it doesn't hurt to try.

How to utilize crystal energy for contemplation...

7/21/2022

There are a number of ways of doing meditation, and one of them is with the use of crystals. The purpose of using crystals is varied, and their properties depend on their intended use. When used during meditation, suitable crystals can maintain a constant state of mindfulness, happiness, and well-being. You can utilize the crystal energy to focus on your goals or also to reinforce your intension and activities towards achieving your objectives. Read on for some tips on how to use crystals for meditation.

To begin your crystal meditation, hold your crystal in your hands. Close your eyes, and observe the crystal through non-visual senses. Imagine the crystal's power vibrating with your breath. Depending on your crystal-sensitivity, you will be able to feel the crystal-power… either as a tingling in the area where you have placed the crystal or as a pulsation in your chakra energy centers. For best results, start out slow and proceed to practicing meditation with crystals for short bouts, several times a day.
Picture
If you are new to crystal meditation, you may want to begin by placing a crystal on a certain energy point on your body. These energy points are called chakras, and each crystal has specific properties that correspond to them. To practice crystal meditation, use specific colors of crystals that correspond to the colors of the specific chakras you intend to address. You can also choose the crystals depending on their intrinsic properties and energetics.

Some crystals are known to be particularly beneficial for programming your intentions while others are known to invite more loving people in your life. There are other crystals that attract money and certain other crystals that help with infusing courage and strength during trying times! For e.g. using a crystal on your third eye will open up your psychic and spiritual connections whereas rose quartz will open your heart chakra.

The process of cleansing your crystals is important for your meditation practice. Although this practice is purely personal, it will deepen your meditation and help you get in touch with your higher self.

As with any other form of meditation, you need to choose the right place to meditate- a place that is clutter-free and away from distractions. If you are not able to sit on the floor (which helps with the grounding), then make sure that you are sitting in a comfortable straight-backed chair. This will ensure that you are able to relax but at the same time are also alert enough to do the contemplation.

The next step is choosing the right crystal for your meditation. Different crystals can have different energies, so be sure to choose one that resonates with your needs. Clear quartz is an ideal choice for beginners as it resonates with all chakras. It also amplifies the energy of other crystals and stones, making it perfect for any crystal meditation.

Amethyst is a purple quartz crystal and is also considered a very good crystal for contemplative mediation. The deep purple color of this stone helps you to connect to higher vibrations, allowing you a deeper insight into the issues that you are pondering.

In addition to helping you connect with the inner world, crystals can also help you connect with the earth. You may choose to create a peaceful atmosphere by clearing your space with a crystal. There are many ways to do this, and smudging is one of them. The burning of dried herbs is a common method. Consider this spiritual house-cleaning. And once you have cleared the space, you can begin your meditation.

Try for yourself and see how crystals can help to enhance not only your spiritual practice but also help you in practical ways to connect with deeper layers within your own psyche and the cosmos.
