The Power of Karmic Regression: How Past Life Experiences Influence Your Present Life

Peeling Back the Layers of Past Lives: Karmic regression, sometimes referred to as past life regression, is a fascinating therapeutic technique that delves into the possibility of our past lives having an impact on our present experiences.

By exploring the depths of our subconscious mind, we can unveil memories, patterns, and unresolved issues from previous incarnations. These insights can be invaluable in understanding our current lives and overcoming challenges we face.
Karma and Reincarnation: At the core of karmic regression lies the belief in karma and reincarnation. Originating from Eastern spiritual traditions, karma is the universal law of cause and effect that governs our actions and their outcomes.

Reincarnation, on the other hand, suggests that our soul goes through multiple lifetimes as part of a journey to learn, grow, and evolve spiritually. As a result, our decisions and actions in one lifetime can have a lasting effect on our experiences in the next.

Karmic Regression as a Path to Self-Discovery

Karmic regression can serve as a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery.

When we explore our past lives, we can pinpoint recurring patterns, traumas, or unresolved emotions that shape our present behavior, relationships, and circumstances.

This deeper understanding can help us tackle obstacles, mend emotional wounds, and foster positive change in our lives.

Uncovering Memories Through Karmic Regression- Healing Past Hurts & Unresolved Issues

During a karmic regression session, a practitioner guides the individual into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

Once the person reaches a trance-like state, the practitioner poses questions or provides prompts to help them access memories and emotions linked to their past lives. The practitioner may also encourage the individual to reflect on their past life experiences, emotions, and relationships to gain insights that can be applied to their current life.

One of the main benefits of karmic regression is its potential to heal emotional trauma and unresolved issues from past lives.

By revisiting these experiences and processing the emotions tied to them, individuals can let go of the emotional baggage they've been carrying through multiple lifetimes. This process leads to personal growth, healing, and emotional liberation.

Decoding Relationship Patterns and Soul Connections

Karmic regression also offers the chance to explore and understand the dynamics of our relationships. By identifying patterns in our past life relationships, we can gain insight into the underlying reasons for our current relationships.

This includes soul connections, karmic lessons, and unfinished business carried over from previous incarnations.

Discovering Life Purpose and Spiritual Growth

Karmic regression can shed light on our life purpose and spiritual growth as well. By examining the themes, lessons, and experiences of our past lives, we can better comprehend our soul's journey and the lessons we need to learn in our current incarnation.

This newfound understanding can help us align our choices and actions with our spiritual path, fostering a deeper sense of fulfillment and purpose.

Unlocking Hidden Talents and Abilities

Another fascinating aspect of exploring our past lives through karmic regression is the potential to reveal hidden talents and abilities that we've honed in previous incarnations.

By acknowledging and embracing these gifts, we can use them to enrich our present lives and make a positive impact on the world around us.

Embracing Karmic Regression for Personal Growth

In essence, the power of karmic regression lies in its capacity to illuminate the influence of our past life experiences on our present lives. By delving into our subconscious mind and uncovering memories, patterns, and traumas of past lives, we can gain valuable insights that contribute to our healing, growth, and spiritual evolution.

As we embrace the wisdom obtained from our past incarnations, we are empowered to create a more fulfilling and purposeful present, ultimately shaping our own destiny.

Karmic regression offers a unique opportunity to explore the depths of our being, the intricacies of our relationships, and the trajectory of our spiritual growth. By embracing this modality and the insights it provides, we can harness the power of our past lives to create a more conscious, fulfilling, and empowered present.

Understanding Karmic Regression, i.e. What is Past Life Exploration?

The Concept of Reincarnation: A Foundation for Karmic Regression

Reincarnation is the belief that our souls return to this world in different bodies and life experiences after death, an idea deeply rooted in many spiritual and religious traditions, such as Hinduism and Buddhism.

Karmic regression, also known as past life exploration, is based on this concept, suggesting that our past lives can impact our present one. By uncovering our past life experiences, we can gain valuable insights and understanding to help us navigate our current life more effectively.

What is Karmic Regression?

Karmic regression is a process of delving into one's past lives to gain insight into unresolved issues, patterns, and relationships that may be affecting our present life.

Through various techniques, such as hypnosis, guided meditation, or energy work, an individual can access memories of their past lives and explore the connections between those experiences and their current existence. This exploration can provide a sense of clarity, healing, and personal growth for the individual involved.

The Purpose of Past Life Exploration

There are various reasons why individuals may choose to explore their past lives through karmic regression.

Some seek to understand the root cause of recurring patterns, emotional blocks, or unexplained fears and phobias. Others may be interested in discovering past life connections with significant people in their present life, such as family members, friends, or romantic partners.

By uncovering these hidden connections, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of their relationships and the karmic lessons they share.
Picture

Healing Through Karmic Regression

One of the key benefits of karmic regression is the potential for healing and personal growth.

By exploring past life experiences, individuals can identify and address unresolved traumas, emotional wounds, and negative patterns that may be influencing their current life.

Through this process of self-discovery and reflection, individuals can release these burdens and experience a sense of relief, healing, and empowerment.

The Controversy Surrounding Past Life Exploration

While many individuals have found value in karmic regression and past life exploration, it is essential to acknowledge that the concept remains a subject of controversy and skepticism.

Critics argue that past life memories could be the result of suggestion, imagination, or psychological factors rather than genuine past life experiences. While the validity of past life exploration remains a topic of debate, what is undeniable is the transformative impact that the process can have on individuals who engage in it with an open mind and heart.

Personal Growth Through Karmic Regression

Ultimately, the journey of karmic regression is a deeply personal and subjective experience. While the concept of past lives and reincarnation may not resonate with everyone, those who choose to engage in the process can discover valuable insights and understanding that can foster personal growth, healing, and self-awareness.

By embracing the exploration of our past lives, we can unlock hidden connections, resolve past traumas, and uncover the lessons that can guide us on our path towards spiritual evolution and enlightenment.

Our Numerous "Bodies" (Understanding Karma & Karmic Clearing series)

5/31/2021

We all see and relate with our physical body. This is probably the most “identifiable” thing about an individual for many people. But that is not the only body we have. Those of us who are sensitive to seeing energies are able to view another layer over our physical body called the auric body. This is directly related and always in sync with our physical body. This is where body stores its “physical memory”.

For e.g., many a times it’s been noted that people who lose a limb in an accident or other sudden occurrence, continue to feel that they still have that limb. When you view their auric body, you will continue to see faint traces of their limb. Once the physical part is gone, the auric body also diminishes over time and after a while- one will not see the “auric limb” for that amputee.

The other aspect of this auric body is that all kinds of physical ailments and other problems are first noted in the auric body. At this stage they can be dealt with comparative ease than when that problem manifests in the physical body. Most energy workers help people by utilizing, cleansing and other wise positively manipulating the energy of their auric body.
Picture
Also several of the alternative healing methods such as Bach Flowers, Reiki etc. work on rectifying issues in the auric body- so they are never manifested in the physical body. In the case, where a physical problem has manifested; working first on the auric body helps to treat the core of that issue and prevent any reoccurrence. Of course the real “core” is in the Causal body, but here we are speaking strictly from natural healing philosophy perspective! ;)

Also energy drains and other psychic level help and attacks happen in the auric body. When we take a shower, along with cleaning our physical body, it also helps to clean and freshen our auric body. This is why people find showers & bath very rejuvenating. In addition, it is a good practice to periodically cleanse the auric body.

You can use any of the techniques used in various natural healing modalities or simply use rock salt- you can use it in bath as a cleansing (and relaxing) bathing experience or simply take a little rock salt in your hand and move it over your body. Rock salt has been known to absorb negative energies and helps to give a quick, effective and refreshing auric bath. So next time, you feel all life being sapped out of you from tiredness and stress, do this little rock-salt auric bath and instantly feel vibrant and reinvigorated. Also, wearing Rudraksha cleanses the aura. Part of the reason why ancient Sages wore them.
Picture
Now comes the most important and also the most complex body we have- our Causal body. This is our connection with our soul journey. It contains all our karmas and samskars (karmic memory impressions). EVERYTHING that one experiences first finds its source in their causal body. Then if that karma is ripe to be fruition-ed, then it will manifest in the auric body and then finally in the physical body.

When one dies, their physical and auric body perishes BUT their causal body continues. This is the main layer of a Jiv (or Jeev, individual soul).

Please note the article on Jivatma. Then, when it is time to manifest again in this physical world, the causal body which exists with the Jeev, then takes on an ego- which then provides the physical body and its associated auric body.

What is a ‘Karmic Whirlpool’ and how is it created? (Understanding Karma & Karmic Clearing series)

4/25/2021

“Do not feel envious of the happiness of those who live in a fool’s paradise, for only a fool will think that is happiness.”

–Bertrand Russell
This quote probably applies most to folks who are caught in a “karmic whirlpool”- where, at an apparent level things may seem to be good, pleasurable and ‘happy’; but in reality they are too blinded by the karmic fog and too deluded by Maya to see that their so called “happiness” is actual a fool’s paradise. They do not see the karmic-whirlpool they are stuck in.

Typically, astrology provides a good understanding of past life accumulated karmas. It also provides detailed indication of which “change opportunities/possibilities” could arise in a person’s life time.

The play of these two along with Divine grace determine the various life experiences an individual will encounter in their life-time.  More a person chooses to live consciously- more he will understand his karmic lessons and clear past baggage.  In this manner, he will clear his past karmas and his life course will proportionately deviate from his astrological natal chart.
Note: To learn more about   the spiritual usage of astrology, you may want to check out the Jyotish For Wellbeing section under the Vedic Wisdom blog. Jyotish is the original and authentic name for Vedic Astrology and it means  - "Eyes of the Vedas"... the means by which one can know   the method of Divine workings (Vedas).

How learning Karmic lesson affects our state of Consciousness
What I have noticed is that at times, there are certain individuals who are very low in their consciousness but still seem to be “above karma”, i.e. astrological events do not seem to impact them. This is very counter-intuitive! When one is more mired in the Maya and delusion of this world, you would expect them to be under more karmic influence and as such be strongly impacted by astrological events such as Saturn transits, eclipses, etc.

So what’s going on here? Something is amiss! How come these folks seems to be “happy” even though they are living unconsciously? They also seem to be deviating from their natal chart and no astrological event seem to adversely affecting them. How is that possible?

What I have noticed is that such people are in a type of “Karmic Whirlpool”. As we know, when a person is stuck in a whirlpool, they are too caught up in it to get affected by the calmness or turbulence of the bigger water body. It could be stormy seas or high/low tides- all this will be meaningless to the one caught in a whirlpool.

Something similar is at play in the above scenario! Such folks either have a very crucial imminent lesson which they need to learn and/or their lower un-conscious living has got them into a negative energy vortex. Either ways, they need to hit their rock-bottom!   Only after that will they start getting “action choices” or start experiencing their other karmas.

So in reality, it is not that these people are above their karmas. Actually, they are “stuck” at a soul-journey juncture and until they rise from it, all astrological event impacts seem to be suspended.

Are you able to forgive those who have hurt or wronged you? - This is a special message for you...

4/7/2021

In today’s times when we there is so much of anger and unrest in the world, it becomes even more important to keep in mind this invaluable lesson from Jesus.

It is the Parable of the Unforgiving Servant, which is also known as the Parable of the Ungrateful Servant and it appears in the Gospel of Matthew in the New Testament of the bible. According to Matthew 18:21-35, it indicates the importance of forgiving others, so that we are also forgiven by the Divine for our own mistakes and trespasses!

This parable was told by Jesus Christ as an answer to a question by Peter (one of his key apostles) about forgiveness…
Picture
This is a timeless message and whenever it is that you are reading , the synchronicity of our Universe has brought you  here- as it holds a deep meaning for you. So, read on with a calm mind and let the deeper wisdom of these words seep into your consciousness.  See what the Universe is 'saying' to you at this time. It can be an answer to your most profound question or it could be a solution to what is troubling you at this time... read... listen and mull over the significance of these words for you...
Peter asks Jesus, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?”

Jesus replies by saying that he should not only forgive his brother just seven times, but seventy times seven!! Basically, Jesus indicates that irrespective of the number of times, people around us err or commit mistakes or do actions that hurt us, we need to show them kindness and compassion by forgiving their mistakes!

This is when Jesus narrates ‘The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant’…

Once upon a time, a King was reconciling his accounts and he noticed that one of his officials owed him a huge amount of debt! As was the practice in those days, the King ordered for that official along with his family and belongings to be auctioned off and the proceeds to be forwarded to the treasury. The official was horrified at this verdict and fell at the feet of his King, asking forgiveness… He said, “please forgive me!! Please show me some kindness and patience… I will repay everything in due time.” The King was moved by his plea and decided to forgive his debt.

This official stepped out of the palace and came across one of his own workers, who owed him a little amount of money. He demanded that the worker promptly pay him all that was owed to him. Since the worker was not able to do so, he asked for forgiveness and patience from the official, saying that he will shortly pay back his debt! The official was not moved by kindness and had no compassion in his heart, for his worker. He immediately asked for his arrest and requested that proper legal proceedings to be carried out against that fella!

The King came to know about this incident and asked for that official to be brought into his royal court! He asked him “You wicked servant! I forgave you the huge amount that you owed to me, shouldn’t you also have some mercy in your heart to forgive those who owe you small amounts of debt?”

Then the King was so angry with that unmerciful official that he ordered that his previous ‘clemency’ be cancelled and that he be tormented till he paid back all that he owed to the kingdom.
After narrating this parable, Jesus explained to his dear apostle- Peter, that the Kingdom of Heaven is also very similar! If we seek forgiveness for our mistakes, sins, and trespasses from God, our father in heaven, then it is imperative that we show kindness, mercy, and compassion to those who have wronged against us.

It is not for us to judge if their mistakes are big or small… what we need to do is show love and compassion, so that we in turn can receive love, kindness, compassion, and forgiveness from the Divine!

I hope this parable touches your heart.

Remember that even though we may think of ourselves as quite flawless, the reality is that we each have committed many mistakes and trespasses. Before we can expect the Divine to forgive our terrible sins, it is important we show kindness to his people, by forgiving those who have wronged us. If there is anyone against who you harbor anger or resentment, then forgive them… if you feel someone has deeply wronged you or terribly insulted you, still forgive them… forgive them, so you too can be forgiven!

Water- how it is unique in its ability to retain memory- our karmic memory- i.e. not just details of our karmas (actions) but also the repeating-patterns of those actions (i.e. samskaras- our genetic memory) - Understanding Karma & Karmic Clearing series

Water is a unique substance that can simultaneously exist in all the three states of existence at the same time- i.e., as a solid (ice), liquid (water) and also in the gaseous form (as water vapor). There are many anomalies associated with water- one of the key baffling ones being how it contracts as it turn solid (which is the case with most substances) BUT water does it only until it reaches the 4°C. At which point, it starts to expand, instead of contracting!! There are many other properties about water- which make it very unique in its physical and chemical properties… BUT what is most important to you and I, is that water is essential for us to survive.

Water is not just a key natural resource that will determine our life here on earth- water is the very indication that we look out for to check if life is possible at any other galactic location!!

Water is found to have one of the best ‘memory’ of all-natural substances. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist has shown thru various experiments how water can easily retain memory of what was done to it or said over it, for long periods of time.
Picture
Even you and I can do a simple cooked rice experiment to indicate the validity of the fact that water (which makes up over 70% of our earth and also our bodies) retains excellent memory!! Now typically we speak of using cooked rice- but honestly, you could use any cooked grains… any natural substance- like a vegetable or fruit. More the water content (like cucumbers, watermelon), that much easier- it will be for you to observe your experiment-results.

Try this out: Take three cups of cooked rice. With the first cup, convey your love and gratitude to it. Thank the rice for its existence, its presence in your life and the fact that it can fill your up and curtail your hunger and so on… with the second cup- be very nasty in your interaction. Express anger, resentment and even hatred (if you want to go to that extreme) and with the third cup- do nothing special. It will work as a baseline!!

You will find that the cooked rice cup that was the baseline and did not receive any special treatment- neither positive nor negative, goes stale within the expected timeframe! The cooked rice cup which received praise, gratitude and appreciation is still fresh even when the baseline cup shows the signs of staleness!! But what will shock most people is how easily and with what intensity the third cooked rice cup deteriorates- the one which was the recipient of anger, resentment, and negative emotions!! That one will not just go stale that much quicker; it will also turn moldy and stink more than the neutral cup!!

As I said, this is an experiment we can all perform in our homes.
What is important to remember is that we do not need to know why something works- till we know for a fact that it works and then we are able to benefit by following those process steps!! As they say, a truly intelligent person learns from other’s experience.

Having said that, we may or not believe that this is true science. We may or may not believe that water ‘retains memory’- but the evidence of the experiment is very clear. We also know the fact that almost 70% of our bodies is made up of water- so if the rice cup reacts that badly to anger and resentment, then how do our bodies react to such negative emotions?? Have you felt ‘withered’ when you were heavily criticized or felt ‘almost light, joyous and expansive’ when people appreciated you??

Something to reflect on and keep in mind when we interact not just with others but also our own self!!

How often do we actually take the time to notice our self-talk?? Do you tend to judge yourself? Do you tend to criticize yourself? Are you less forgiving of yourself when you eat that extra slice of pizza or do something for the umpteenth time, even though you have sworn to not do that behavior!!

It is true that we need to treat our intensions like a true Sankalp (if you are wondering what it means, then you can read more here…) … like a genuine commitment, but at the same time, we also need to ensure that our self-talk which is the most important talk that we ever have in our life- is filled with true warmth, affection, love, and kindness.

How to deal with toxic or stale (stagnant) relationships? - How to get the energy flowing again in your life so that you can attract vibrant people and situations? (Understanding Karma & Karmic Clearing series)

1/16/2021

We are all looking for loving and fulfilling relationships, but how many people truly take stock of all the people in their life. It could be our phone contact list or our social media network. We all tend to have many contacts on our phone that have been there for years on end- where we have neither touched base with them nor have, they contacted us!!

Now I do understand that social media network has different dynamics- though frankly speaking we should a give our social-network a good re-look as well, particularly if you use social media only to keep in touch with friends and family- i.e., you do not use it for professional reasons.

Everything in our “sphere of reference” takes up some energy from us. This is the reason that all Feng Shui, Vaastu and other spatial energy experts- ask us to declutter and remove old and un-used things from our life!!
But what about the people in our life?? Do we really take the time and make the effort to give a “clear look” to all the people in our life… to ensure that those who surround us are the very type of people that we really want to be hanging around us. If we do not do that, then there will be un-checked toxic and/or stagnant people who will continue to be within our sphere of reference- sapping energy and vitality from us!!

Here is something I like to periodically do in my life- particularly at the start of the year, on my birthday and other personally relevant days.

  • I will go thru my phone list and check out all my personal contacts.
  • If it is someone that I have not spoken to or interacted with for some time, then I will send them a quick note (email/text) or give them a quick “hello-call”.
  • If we are able to get in touch and rejuvenate our connection, then great. I keep that personal contact on my phone.
  • But, if I find that the person did not bother to reply or that there was no meaningful re-connection, then mentally I wish them well, thank them for the time that we did know/interact with each other and then delete their contact information. I remove them not just from my phone-list but also from my mental space and sphere of reference.
Picture
Doing this allows me to keep a clean and clear ‘relationship doorway’ in my life.

This not only ensures that I don’t clog up my ‘personal space’ with uninterested/dis-engaged/toxic folks, but it also gives me a chance to set forth a heart-felt intension out into the universe that- “I am grateful for all the people that it has sent me and that by clearing up my surroundings, I have created the ‘space’ to have new, more meaningful relationships and connections in my life. That I am willing and ready to welcome new, wonderful people in my life.”

Hope you take some time out this new year- to clear up your people-space and make way for new, loving and caring relationships in your life.

How can you center within yourself- i.e. be in Yoga-Unison with your own self, those around you and also the world at large?- A simple way to break-free of the 'repeat cycles' of time!!

1/13/2021

Passion, emotions, likes-dislikes and so on are considered very normal. We all think that this is part of our ‘life’. What this does is, it tends to constantly sway us- one way and then another!! It seems like our well-being is in the hands of those around us- who seem to control us by invisible strings! But we fail realize that we are the ones who have given them that power.

A person could truly have behaved in a very rude or nasty manner. We could choose to address the problem at hand and then let that incident slide from our mind or seethe and fume over how that person behaved. And when we do the later, we are somewhere giving over the control of our mental peace and wellness into that person’s hands. See how we are orchestrating this?

We tend to think of fortune as a wheel. We also tend to think of time as a wheel. The reason being, we are all very familiar with the cyclical nature of time and aware of its ups and downs. But, what we do not realize is that though various part of the wheel goes up or down as the wheel moves, the center of the wheel is always stationary. It moves from one place to the other- BUT does not experience the “up-s and down-s” and does not feel the turbulence that the rest of the wheel experiences.
Picture
Though negative turbulence seems to create imbalance, strongly positive situations can also many a times make us feel imbalanced.

When we get caught in the various situations and events- the various happenings in our life; we tend to go up and down with the wheel of life… with the wheel of time and ironically, though it seems to go along a linear path, we truly get stuck! As if we are simply spinning, but the actual wheel is stuck in the mud!

As people who intend to live a conscious life, it is important for us to relinquish our strong attachments and passion, and instead center our self... to live our life from that center.

The word meditation comes from ‘medi’ which means center. When we live life from our center, we are constantly in meditation- even while being fully active and conducting various tasks.

The best way to do this is, each time you feel your mind drawn to strong emotions over something that has happened in the past, you recognize the emotion, you evaluate what it is about the situation that still makes you feel involved and vulnerable.

Maybe you regret something you did or said or feel upset over what you perceive as someone’s betrayal and so on. If there is a concrete, conscious action you can currently take to address that situation and positive modify it in some way then surely evaluate your possibilities and if not simply choose to consciously let go of your “reaction” (i.e. the pain, anger, frustration etc.) and let that situation flow away in peace, as time is flowing away (each moment)…

We are an individual soul, a Jivatma- what does this mean? Who are we and how are we connected with the Divine? (Understanding Karma & Karmic Clearing series)

9/5/2020

In English we address the consciousness essence of man as soul. So the question that comes to many is if that be the case, then how come we are all the same and considered to be similar to our creator. I.e. we are all supposed to be similar and at the same time are very different and have our own individual tendencies which we carry thru many lifetimes.

The original Sanskrit word helps us understand this better. Soul or Atma is our consciousness-essence and for a manifested individual it is called as Jivatma (sometimes also written as Jeevatma). Jivatma is made of two words, Jiv (or Jeev) and Atma.
Picture
The “Atma” part of the Jivatma, is the microcosmic representation of the macrocosmic divine Consciousness. It is the same in essence and so at this level we are all the same.

Then what makes each one of us unique in our soul journeys is the Jeev part. If you have read the article on our numerous bodies then you understand that we carry all our karmas and samskars (i.e. karmic memory impressions) in our Causal body.

This causal body makes up the Jeev part of the Jivatma. Since each one of us have had different experiences and our interpretations of life scenarios and resulting actions have been different; we each have our individual Causal body and in this way are an “individual Jeev”. The word Jeev in its most literal sense means a “living form”. Such a living form or Jeev is our basic individual identity.

When we speak of cleansing our karmas and learning our lessons, we are basically working on this part of ourselves. As we progress, we come to the stage of “Enlightenment” which is nothing but true understanding that even this existence of “Jeev or Life-Form” exists because of the delusion of Maya (what maintains the manifestation of separateness and duality).

At this point one is truly aware of the Atma aspect of one’s being. I.e. one is truly aware of our “Atmic Self”- this is nothing but a microcosmic drop of the macrocosmic Consciousness.

... also check out:

But till one is living a physical life, Enlightenment is as high an energetic state one can be in- since without letting the body go, which includes the Causal form and Jeev aspect, one cannot truly and completely merge in the macrocosmic Consciousness. This requires not just the awareness of one’s Atma but also detachment from one’s “Jeev-self”.

If one has reached that stage of realization, then at the end of that lifetime, their Jeev would drop off! I.e. their Causal body along with its karmas and samskars would get dropped off and their Atma, their very essence will merge with the macrocosmic Consciousness. This is called moksha. It is ONLY after moksha that one will not be entangled with any further cycles of birth and death- since there is no “jeev- karmic causual body” creating the need for further births (and deaths)!

What I have observed is there are several folks who reach Enlightenment in their lifetime and continue on their “Soul Energy (Atmic) journey” for further understanding and awareness of their Cosmic self. Such folks are at higher energy states than of Enlightenment, but since they still have their physical life-form, it is imperative that they continue to lead their lives with non-action, i.e. without incurring any karma or creating any further karmic samskars. If they are able to do so, then at the end of that life-time they can reach Moksha.

In case, they incur karma or get caught in any delusions of the Maya, then their causal body will not drop off at death and will continue with their Atma- leading to further cycles of birth and death.

So, along with understanding one’s true nature of “Consciousness” it is important for us to lead our life in non-action: i.e. action which does not incur karma or create any forms of “attachment”! We will address this concept of Non-Action in another post.
