BUT it can also sometimes have negative repercussions such as bringing up hidden traumas and emotions or even physical outcomes such as excessive cell growth, though there is no scientific evidence to support it. As with any integrative techniques, it is wise to understand all the relevant details and more importantly consult with a certified practitioner in that area and a medical doctor before venturing ahead.

​How to Practice Green Light Meditation

  1. Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down without distractions. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, focusing on the sensation of air entering and leaving your body.
  2. As you settle into a relaxed state, begin to visualize a source of green light in your mind's eye. This could be a glowing green orb, a beam of green light, or any other image that resonates with you.
  3. Imagine this green light radiating warmth and healing energy, enveloping your entire body. Allow the light to permeate every cell, muscle, and organ, releasing any tension, pain, or discomfort as it does so.
  4. As you continue to focus on the green light, visualize it expanding outward, enveloping your emotional body, and dissolving any feelings of stress, anxiety, or emotional imbalance.
  5. If you wish to work with the heart chakra, direct the green light towards the center of your chest, envisioning it opening, expanding, and strengthening your capacity for love and compassion.
  6. To conclude the meditation, gently bring your awareness back to your breath, and take a few moments to observe the sensations within your body and mind. When you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and return to your daily activities, carrying the healing energy and emotional stability from your meditation with you.
