We are all influenced by our past. Though unfortunately for most of us, it does not stop there! We tend to get too attached to it… now you may think that this happens to those of us who have had a glorious past and are still reminiscing about it. But that is not the case. Even when the past has had traumatic experience or less than desired situations, we still tend to get mired in those memories!

Life happens in the present moment. It is important to learn from the past, so we do not repeat those mistakes… but at the same time, it is also important that we do not get ‘attached or influenced’ by it. Since every present moment brings with it new opportunities. Learn to seize the present moment and make the best of it- after all what is a day but a string of present moments and what is a life but a string of days.
