Like almost all of us, Ivan has a lot of guilt stored within. From this life and several other past lives.
After all, "Guilt" is a very strong and a very very negative emotion. It can truly make us be so self-engulfed in our own negativity, that it does not allow us to even look outside and beyond our own self-limiting beliefs.
Now, with reagrds to Ivan, he has much negative karma between himself and his other family members, particularly his wife (let's call her Barbara or Barb for short).
This mail that I wrote to him, explains a way to clear up past negative karmas between people around Guilt. I truly hope it helps you as the reader gain more understanding into this process and helps you cleanse out some negativity out of your own life...
After all, "Guilt" is a very strong and a very very negative emotion. It can truly make us be so self-engulfed in our own negativity, that it does not allow us to even look outside and beyond our own self-limiting beliefs.

<General plesantaries and greetings of the mail> ...
As you start clearing negative karmas and then loving and believing in yourself, you will be amazed with how you attract 'nice' and 'correct' people... As you appreciate yourself, you will have people in your life, who reflect your paradigm and appreciate you... same goes for love, opportunities etc.
SO my dear- understand and remember that you only have the choice for right action, the outcome is 'NOT' in your hands, you cannot be great/guilty for 'any' outcome- good or bad! You need to maintain clarity of thinking and utilize wisdom in 'choosing' your actions- the rest is for the Universe to figure out, complete, provide result etc. etc. See?
I know we spoke about it, but I wanted to write it here as well, so you again get a chance to read and mull over it.
Guilt has always been used as a means of controlling people and their behaviors, and Barb has used this card with you for a very very long time. Infact long enough time, that you have not been thinking independently-outside of her input at-all.
Where it seems like all your beliefs, actions etc. are being governed by 'her' thoughts and choices. AND irrespective of they are 'right' or 'wrong', they are 'her' ideas.
When you act according to anyone else's ideas, you can never be happy- because each of us is unique in our 'needs', 'joys', 'pain bodies', 'karmas', 'lessons' etc. etc. and so- our choices and consequently the resulting action/s needs to be in accordance to our own unique self. See?

So my dear- If the above statements ring 'true' in your heart, then please really try and imbibe the 'lesson' from the above statements. AND THEN take a moment and pray... I am sure there are tons of instances between you and Barb where she has used guilt, blame etc. to 'tell/make' you to do something or 'justify' her own (negative) behavior...
AND my dear, when you pray- forgive her- forgive her for ALL those instances, forgive your own self for all those instances as well, since with the perfection of the Universe, you did what you could have done, the best at that time, in accordance with the Universe's grand plan...
So, forgive her, forgive yourself and then... ask her forgiveness. Now remember, this is your dialogue with her higher self- or soul, which only knows love and truth. So you ask for her forgiveness for 'anything' that you might have done wrong, for any hurts and pains you might have caused... ask for forgiveness from your own self (soul) for any way that you (Ivan) might have behaved that has caused pain and hurt for you (soul)....
AND after you are done with the above, then just pray- ask for the divine to please heal everyone... then ask it to heal you... to make you more complete and true and of the light... Amen!
So, pray and send love and light to Barb and you... and then specifically to yourself... bathe yourself in illustrious white light. sensing it cleanse you... Just like when one bathes and sees the soap and water wash away the dirt from the body, similarly sense the white light cleansing you and washing away the 'dirt' from your soul... and when you feel right, open your eyes and thank the Universe for it's blessings and for being blessed with forgiveness, peace and love!

BUT, please take the time and start it from today onwards... and your heart (and ofcourse your action-reaction) will show you when you have truly cleansed all hurt and guilt from 'this' life, from between you and Barb....
